Tempered Glass Bending

Tempered glass bending is divided into positive bending and negative bending. Our company uses the convection glass tempering furnace (Flexible Shaft), one of the most advanced furnaces in China, to process glass with an arc length range of 1200mm to 3200mm and a maximum height of 7000mm. The smallest processing size is 1200mm (arc length) x 800mm (height).

Positive Bending: Minimum radius of 1500mm
Negative Bending: Maximum arc length of 3200mm x height 7000mm, minimum radius of 2000mm

Reverse Bending Glass

Reverse bending is applied to special glass types, such as coated glass and colored glass. Since the film surface must be on the second side of the insulated glass, and the film and enamel surfaces should not come into contact with ceramic roller heating, reverse bending is required for architectural concave glass. This ensures the glass maintains its quality, especially in curved designs.

- Hot Bending Process: The glass must be heated to high temperatures to soften, then shaped using molds. This requires precise temperature control and mold accuracy.
- Custom Production: Each piece of glass may require an individual mold or parameter adjustments, which increases production costs and time.

- Dynamic Light and Shadow Effects: The complex curved surfaces create unique light refraction and reflection patterns, enhancing the architectural fluidity and futuristic feel.
